During the Russian Invasion in 1968 her family fled to Switzerland where she was raised and educated. After her studies (foreign languages and business studies) she traveled around the world and settled in Australia at the age of 24. She was born with a hip defect and this was the main reason she started her yoga path in 1993.

Susi traveled to Nepal and the Himalayas on a spiritual journey to deepen her meditation practice in 1999 . Her meditation teacher was Laurence Khantipalo a Buddhist monk and later Zen-master Hogen-San.Susi was featured in the Australian yoga Life Magazine as a cover model/ and an article about her hip workshop, was written in the Finnish Yoga Magazine in 2008. She was featured in weekly yoga articles at the Cairns Post for the entire year of 2009. Susi’s style of teaching is dynamic, inspirational and motivational. She has a great understanding of the human body and assists students to approach their practice with their own inner intelligence by emphasizing and using the power of Gravity, Intention, Breath, Movement, Grace and ultimate joy.
She attends yearly workshops at the Yoga University in Villeret.

Elsie has been practicing Buddhism since 1989. She has over 20 years of experience in guidance of meditation groups and mantra chanting. She began her yoga exploration in 2007 but started studying Yoga intensively with Susi Davies in 2013. Prior to Yoga, Elsie has been an athlete running the 80, 100 and 200 meters and made it to Young Athlete of the year in 1982 of the city of Geneva.
Subsequently she has done several workshops to deepen her practice (Growing your Lotus, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Teachers workshops, etc). Elsie is a fully internationally certified RYT 200 teacher. Her style is dynamic and compassionate. She has a wonderful down to earth approach and a great sense of humor.

Maria brings over 20 years of personal yoga experience into the team. She began her yoga journey studying with Senior Iyengar teacher, Kathleen Pringle. From there she moved to California to study with Lisa Walford and other internationally recognised senior teachers in San Francisco and attended various workshops in various styles of Yoga.
Since moving to Switzerland in 2016 with her husband and two children, Maria has studied extensively with Susi Davies, her now teacher and mentor. Maria is a fully internationally certified RYT 200 teacher and her style is a dynamic vinyasa flow, emphasizing precise alignment, breath and movement. Monita grew up in Northern India and from a very early age was exposed to daily spiritual practices through her Dadi (grandmother). She moved to America at the age of twenty and then to Europe. After achieving academic and professional success, she decided to stay home and raise her three children. During this time she had the opportunity to return to India for two years. Yoga and meditation once again became a part of daily life. She did daily practice with a qualified yoga teacher and on her return to Europe decided to continue her yoga journey. At a very challenging time in her life, Monita met Susi and decided to complete her teacher training to keep focused and as a way to overcome the challenges in her life.
Monita is passionate about teaching yoga to people who may have inhibitions to start their yoga journey due to physical and personal challenges. She is currently working with Susi to create and offer beginner classes to help her students find “Virya” or Energy and Enthusiasm to stay on a focused path to achieve personal yogic goals.
