Each week classes are designed around a theme based on the 5 natural elements - earth, water, fire, air and space. In practice this translates to a focus on standing strengthening balancing poses, forward or backbending postures, inverted or seated postures, as well as core and twisting poses.
Important alignment techniques based on Iyengar Yoga are blended with the graceful and powerful flow of Vinyasa Yoga. All this coupled with the unique approach to sequencing that is specifically designed to meet the needs of today’s yoga student.

No Memberships required
Every class includes yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Yoga props included. However we suggest you purchase your own mat for hygienic reasons.
